About George

Hi, I'm George Lake — a 22-year-old handyman born and raised in Iowa. My father is a general contractor, and I grew up helping him with residential remodels. I started Lake Painting and Remodeling because I love working with my hands and helping homes look better. I believe homeowners deserve someone they can actually trust walking into their home.

I'm not a big company with a call center. When you reach out, you get me. I show up on time, am easy to talk to, and don't leave until the job is done right. I've built my business entirely through word of mouth, and I intend to keep earning that trust one job at a time.
